Testing

Holeys footwear has been tested for slip resistance at SATRA in the UK and Precision Testing Laboratories in the USA.  As well, our products have been tested by Intertek Laboratories and meet the most stringent standards in the world for lead and phthalate content.

WeConnect Canada

WEConnect Canada is a Canadian non-profit organization that certifies firms that are at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by women and connects them with the growing global demand from corporations and the public sector for diverse and innovative suppliers.

WEConnect Canada actively partners with its global affiliates (WEConnect International, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (US) and WEConnect Europe).   as well as national supporters to accelerate the growth of women-owned businesses, both nationally and internationally.

Holeys has been certified by WEConnect as meeting global certification standards.

Soles4Souls

Soles4Souls is a charity that collects and distributes shoes free of charge to people in need, regardless of race, religion, class, or any other criteria.  Since 2005, Soles4Souls has given away over 10 million pairs of new and gently worn shoes (currently donating one pair every 7 seconds.) The shoes have been distributed to people in over 125 countries.

Holeys provided the largest single donation of 100,000 pairs of shoes in 2007 to help Soles4Souls carry out its mandate.  This donation was in line with Holeys corporate culture of giving back and making a difference where it could.
