Sizing and Fitting Tips:
Remember that Holeys clogs are uniquely designed to be loose fitting while still providing comfort and support. Each size of clog is intended to fit a range of two standard shoe sizes. Eg., if you wear a women's’ size 8 or 9, choose and adult women’s Medium clog.

Relax your toes. With Holeys’ lightweight material and heel cup design, you don’t have to worry about them falling off. If buying Holeys with a heel strap, first try them on with the strap pushed forward. The heel strap is only necessary for really active wear.

Unlike leather shoes that need time to break in, Holeys should feel roomy, comfortable, and supportive from the moment you put them on.

What’s the big Holeys craze all about?
There are so many reasons to wear Holeys, and as many different types of people who love them! The common denominator is that Holeys is the only footwear company in this category which provides safe footwear that won’t wear smooth and become slippery.  Holeys footwear also has many functional features, along with all of the vibrant colours available. While some people just love the comfort, others appreciate the sheer practicality of being able to wear and wash footwear after working in the garden or slipping a pair on to walk their dogs in the early morning rain.

What sets Holeys apart?
Holeys footwear uses our proprietary TREVA2.0 process which fuses our SoleTek and SmartCel with a bond that is stronger than either the shoe or sole.  SoleTek is what provides the key safety anti-slip feature of all Holeys footwear.

SoleTek is incorporated into all of Holeys products now sold.  It is comprised of a thermo rubber tread that provides increased slip resistance to create a safe and stable shoe.  Competitor shoes with soles comprised of purely EVA, wear quickly resulting in a smooth surface which can be treacherous in wet conditions. 

Who wears Holeys Products?
Holeys products are made to please many people who wear the products for many different reasons. The original shoe was originally designed as a water sports clog, and has now evolved into a line of footwear for all walks of life. The outdoor enthusiast wears Holeys Getaway or XP2 to keep feet cool in summer, while keeping toes protected. The Proline provides amazing comfort & foot support for all day wear to chefs, nurses and retail workers. Can I order directly from Holeys warehouse?
In order to keep costs down against rapidly rising manufacturing costs in China, Holeys is now shipping direct from China. Retailers place their orders according to a production schedule available through Holeys and their orders are manufactured and consolidated in China. They are then shipped to the various locations worldwide.

I just went hiking in a gooey bug infested swamp in my Holeys and they are caked in mud. How do I wash them?
Just rinse them off with water or wear them right into the shower. Heavily soiled footwear might need to be scrubbed with dish liquid every now and again but most of the time water will do the trick.

You can sterilize them in one part bleach and ten parts water. Using a rubber cleaner, like Armor All, will help keep your clogs looking like new for many years to come. In fact, some Holeys owners throw their shoes in the washing machine on cold with their jeans.

Do you make the shoes in Canada?
The original product that was available on the market was made by a Canadian manufacturer. As Holeys gained popularity, our customers wanted more! Back in 2004, we created our own models and started producing in China. We visit the factory regularly and are constantly improving our processes.

Do Holeys really float on water?
YES! Holeys are made of our unique SmartCel™ ultra lightweight closed cell polymer foam. A pair of medium Holeys shoes weighs in at less than 150 grams. The Weatherall boot is the lightest boot in the world weighing in at 300 gms (or 10 ounces)!  The weight is especially important when doing water sports or playing in the surf…if your Holeys fall off in the water, they will float to the surface for your convenience.
