By accessing our website, you, the user, agree to the terms and conditions we set out here. These terms and conditions may change at our discretion any time, and without notice. All orders and purchases made through this site are also governed by these terms and conditions.
Use of and orders placed on this website are governed by the laws and the courts of the province of British Columbia, and by the applicable laws of Canada. The user is also responsible for complying with these laws.
We may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and item availability. Prices are the same for Canada & USA. All charges will be processed in the currency of the purchaser’s destination shipping address. All prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges payable for your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. Payment Methods accepted online
Holeys online ordering system will accept only VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. We regret that we do not accept Discover.
Shipping within Canada
Orders are sent via Canada Post from our Head Office location in Richmond, BC. Orders are processed internally within one business day, in addition to Canada Post’s delivery times. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. Isolated and rural areas normally take longer.
The purchaser is required to report and pay the applicable taxes on the total fair value, if taxable goods are purchased from an out-of-province vendor.
Note: We cannot ship to Military (APO/FPO) addresses or PO Boxes.
Shipping within the U.S.A.
Orders are sent via UPS from our US Distribution warehouse in Damascus, VA. Orders are processed internally within one business day, in addition to UPS’s delivery times. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. Isolated and rural areas normally take longer.
Note: We cannot ship to Military (APO/FPO) addresses or PO Boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
Holeys will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original unworn condition and purchased directly from our company via online store or by phone. Shipping charges will not be refunded and Holeys is not responsible for customer size and colour selection errors. Holeys reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
If you wish to return (exchange or refund) any Holeys product, please contact our head office to notify us of your request so that you may also obtain a return number (RMA#). Please DO NOT ship your return without our company’s consent.
If an item is defective, please call us & we will arrange to have it returned to us.

Online Order Information and Security
If you place an order online, we only request the information needed to complete the processing of your orders and billing. We also share our users' personal information with outside shipping companies and credit card processing companies in order to bill and ship your order, but we do not provide any more information than necessary for these purposes. We may also use the information to contact you regarding your order.
Our Site Security
We use appropriate security safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. Any personal information you provide to Holeys is exchanged on a secure server. We use one of today's most advanced security systems, the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, to encrypt, or encode, information you send to us in the order process. The encryption process protects information, such as your credit card number, and billing and shipping information by scrambling it before it is sent from your computer. Only once we receive your information is it decoded, and we make all reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our own systems.
